For those that are new to employment, pivoting their existing skills or simply stepping forward, our onboarding initiative is provisioned to ensure that both you and our partnered employers gain value from the very start.

Our Arc Academy is the starting point for any person that joins the ARC team. This is the place where we can build a shared foundation of expectations that will empower you to succeed in your work placement. You will also meet your combined Coach & Subject Matter Expert who is familiar with your working site to step you through initiation processes.

Typical work packages run 4, 8,12,16,20 weeks but can be tailored completely to meet your needs
